    I recently had the misfortune of trying to get a new display screen as my dog knocked my old one off the windowsill.

    Eventually i received a new one. Which is different to my old one. This one would not connect. Kept saying connecting. When i selected servicr status it said not connected to meter network.

    Eventually got through to customer services and told them the problem. She told me i had to send it back and i would receive another one.

    Yesterday i received the new one. Guess what exactly same thing is happening.

    Can somebody please help me.

    @Loftboy61 Hello! Oh no - sorry to hear that the resolution provided by the agent you spoke to did not resolve the issue.

    I'd need to confirm your customer ref number in order to take this back into the business and get it sussed out - there will be a fix - we just need the right fix for your scenario and main meter type 😀
