My IHD isn't working. Does anyone know how I go about getting a new one please?

What Issues are you currently experiencing with your IHD? Is it not connecting or has it been damaged?

It's just stopped, no data showing. I have changed batteries and plugged it in, but no joy.

@markawes yes they did they are sending me out a new IHD

I have a new ihd for a week still saying connecting or not commissioned status says meter network error WiFi bars in left hand corner has a red ❌ and a red triangle with red ❗ they have sent messages to the electric meter and still nothing this IHD is a geo my meter and the old IHD was a secure maybe it's not compatible 🤔

@Mole1 Hey Mole! It sounds like you may need a rebind - and that it will need to be repaired to the main meter.
