Finally managed to get in contact with you yet again regarding my final bill I still owe you 21 pence as I am no longer with you since the 17th February as I switched to new supplier I am really disappointed with your service and response to various requests trying to get this resolved as from last day of month will my current balance be sent to me and taken over by my new supplier
