Has anyone else been really struggling with Utilita? I had a meter change booked for 1st March and they tried to cancel last week saying there aren't any Economy 7 smart meters available (despite us saying we want to come off E7) and we managed to convince them to keep the appointment and the other day they cancelled by text 'due to unforeseen circumstance' - suspicious!
I'm desperate to come off Economy 7 as we are paying through the nose because I work from home full time now due to the pandemic.
Does anyone know if there is another way I can pin them down to sort this out? I spend so much time on hold with them that I can sing along with the hold music!
