I would like to no how reliable utilita i have been let down twice by utilita they have cancelled my installation twice and now they have offered me another date can I rely on them.the reason why I need a smart meter is i have to travel on a bus to top up my old meter.and my health mobility is not great which makes it very difficult for me to get out.
