@Rebecca I want to know what my January bill is as I'm switching to another company and don't want large bill I pay £68.00 each month on 25 and topped up a further £15.00 so I was in credit by £83.00 for January bill to be paid

@mary2609 Thanks Mary - sorry I meant what issues are you experiencing with Live Chat so I can go and get those fixed? This is a member to member forum - so anything account specific is best placed speaking to an advisor who will be able to access your account and look into your bills. 😀

Hello Rebecca my reference number is 6422179069 as you can see I am switching from you on the 18th February and need to now my final bill I pay by direct debit but am going to cancel that soon so please send me final bill by post thanks mrs Wright
