Had my smart meter installed in November, this is the second time the in home display isn't connecting. I've tried ringing but it takes so long to get through I've given up, tried live chat etc. I know I have the app to check my balance but it never actually gives me the proper one as it takes ages to catch up after I've topped up. Not sure the point of the display If they don't work properly, would a new one do the same ? Anyone else have the same problem ?

Hi Melanie have you tried moving the display unit nearer the meter to check if it picks up the WiFi signal then or doing a reset of the home display unit?
