Hi, I have now been without economy 7 for 5 days. On Wednesday utilita said that I will receive a call in 2 days and nothing. THe emergency line cuts you of and the power distribution say it's not them and gave me a number of 02381 666 079 which is not in use. Anyone else have a different route to try and get some help?

I escalated this for you this morning and replied to your private message. Apologies, this Community is only overseen and moderated by Utilita Staff Monday to Friday - It is purely member to member help during the weekend.

Someone should be in touch from the business this morning to make sure everything is OK - and I have also been notified that a fix was put in place over the weekend.
