Hi, my gas meter battery died and someone came today and replaced it. Now I have no hot water or heating. The meter is still dead. Also I cannot see my balance on the app. I also tested positive for covid today and have to isolate. How can I speak to a human about this? The battery replacement was sorted via Twitter but now they’re not answering. Thank you.
