Ive just spent an hour on phone to these people.they say i wont recieve my discount till end of febuary now.its a joke.witholding my benifit untill they can be bothered to give it.
this cannot be right.what do you all think.

I'm really sorry to hear you're unhappy in regards to this. You should have had the first payment in December, and then the second cones through in Feb.

The reason the it's distributed this way is so it lasts throughout the coldest months of the year.

I understand that everyone has different preferences, so I do apologise if this way is not convenient, however, that is just the process.

Hopefully you got your December payment okay?
