I have just gone in and replied to your other post surrounding the Warm Home Discount.

If you have a Smart Meter - the payments go automatically on. It sounds like you have an older style Legacy Meter, which unfortunately, as they are not a smart meter, the payment cannot go straight on to the meter. Hence it being a little more complex and you should receive two voucher payments, one in December and the other in Feb.
