Can someone tell me if lights on meter should flashing? We have electricity, we top-up without any problems.

So this would depend what meter you have!

If you have the newer type of meters, this is perfectly normal. the more it flashes the better the signal or the harder it is working to gain signal

Id you have an older style meter, is is also perfectly normal! 😀 It simply means that it is detecting there is a surge of energy being used, such as the kettle boiling.
