I can’t get the app to work properly. I tried topping up on the app and it rejected it but the bank took the money. But I got no top up. I topped up on the phone and it took a couple days to go on and same with the cards in the shop. Has anyone else had this ? Trying to phone them is useless unless you have 2 hours free to wait on hold only to be fobbed off

If you know someone else using utilita,use you card number on their app and pay them.I have to do this for somebody I know coz she has probs topping up
