Have reported geo smart display not connecting to meters (not commission) was reported on 18th movement still not connecting to meters anymore have same problem 😡

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue - This is a well known issue that we are experiencing with some customers meters at the moment. As I can see no community members have responded with any ideas around a possible resolution, I am just going to step in here 😊
I'd like to pass this back into the business and get someone to take a look into this for you to see what is going on.
