Hi Iam unable to get ony account online its saying I don't have a account so I gave to top up every week as a guest .I try to tap on my smart meter to get emergency credit but the touch screen not working .so was wondering how to go about getting a new one had mine for years

You will need to speak to an agent so they can access your account and then order you a new one.
The easiest way to do this is via Live Chat on the website here - and clock where it says 'Speak to a Live Agent'
