    My online account is telling me I have used almost a fith of my annual usage in just the last 30 days I don't believe this is the case. I topped up £40 on the 12th and was left with just £7 today I have now had to top up again even though the £40 would usually last me the full month. Has anyone got any suggestions to why this might be so high or if they have had anything like this happen and it be wrong.

    Hi @natalieadkins,

    I am sorry to hear this is troubling you. As this shows usage and not cost this suggests you are using this amount, however there are a few things to bare in mind. This time of year everyone will use more, has there been any changes to your usage habits, settings on the boiler or heating changed, has your boiler had a service recently? If it is concerning you please feel free to contact the call centre for advise and of course a health check on your account.

    My online account wont show me cost and it keeps getting my remaining credit number wrong it is not linking with the meter correctly I do believe it's wrong because other than the price hike nothing has changed intact I am at home less this year than I was last year at this time I do feel I'm being over charged
