Hi, I've just had smart meters fitted due to being unable to top up. I have now ran it of Emergency credit an don't get paid for another 2 days is there a way I can get some more credit until I get paid? I can't use power up as I'm already in a negative balance. Thanks for the help X

@Sarah Hi Sarah, that would require an agent to look into and access your account and they would have to also read scripting out to you if they were to help with any credit. I would advise calling or using our live chat on our website.
