Hi
My smart meter is not showing the balance on my gas, i am on pre-payment meters for both and the smart meter is showing a message that says this does not apply to your gas supply but it was showing up yesterday.
If someone could help i would appreciate it.

Hey Bobby!

Not sure if any other members have had this. It would require an agent looking into your account to see what's going on. I would advise using our Live Chat on our website so someone can pull up your account and see what's going on. There could be a number of reasons for why. 😀
