I am sorry you have had this issue. We have identified an issue with the app causing some customers to experience issues during top up. The app team were able to put a fix in place for this on December 2nd and you will need to uninstall and re-install the app for these changes to take effect. If this has not resolved your issue please get in touch with the call centre to escalate.
