    Has anybody had any problems .paying for gas electric through the App.i have been having issues for 8 weeks .The App says it couldn't authorised payment try different card. Which I did and same thing .
    I contacted utillita they said maintanance is being carried out. And a text was sent to customer to let them no. I never received. And they said they send text when all up and running.
    Does any one no whats going on

    Hi @DAWN2021,

    I am sorry you have had this issue. We have identified an issue with the app causing some customers to experience issues during top up. The app team were able to put a fix in place for this on December 2nd and you will need to uninstall and re-install the app for these changes to take effect. If this has not resolved your issue please get in touch with the call centre to escalate.
