Hi there I was just wondering if anyone had advice on how to get my trio II (2) in home display to connect as after a week the display is still showing connecting..

Hi @Kaye,
Is this still an issue or has the display connected? Have you tried moving to a different position in your home? A better connection may be established if you try a few different areas. Do you have a Geo or Secure display?

Hi there its a GE0 .. I have done everything recommended and followed all the advice given and it still doesn't connect to this day

Av got same problem wont connect to meters not commission was reported on 18th November still not fixed 😡
