My trio2 wasn't connecting to the meters after a week either. An hour on hold i got through to someone. They simply told me mine must be faulty and that a new one will be sent. Both came with the generic letter saying I need to send in tenancy agreement. Being the home owner how am I supposed to do that?
New one arrived !
Same problem. Just keeps saying connecting 5days later.
spose I'll spend another hour on hold listening to the most annoying tips I ahead know.

Update on the issue with my trio2 ihd.
I got through to an operative on live chat. Took a little while but less time than being on hold.
After a brief chat he seemed to fix the issue. Now my trio2 ihd is working as it should.😁 -
