Sorry to hear that!
When you say 'smart meter' are you referring to your main meters that are usually under the stairs etc - or the In Home Display portable screen that shows your balance? -
Head of Community18-11-21@Headley16 Can you tell me if it says 'GEO' or 'SECURE' on it?
