I have finally received my in home smart display, its only 3 years late,...!!
And whe trying to setup it just keeps saying not commissioned.....
Why?????
I am sorry you are having this issue. This will need to be looked at by our technical support team as this is more likely a connection issue from the meter rather than the In Home Display. @Cat I am having the same issue. Been going in for about 7/8 months now. You have sent me two now and both say not commissioned very frustrating as the app is not always accurate please help me get this sorted if it is not I will be switching
