Utilita should be taken over my supply of gas from my present supplier but not happened! Electric supply taken over no problem then get a letter from Utilita stating gas take over has been blocked by Shell Energy, questioned Shell who advised me there is no block on the take over. Few days on get a gas take over date of 18/10/21 on the app fine so far until date moved to 30/10/21 then back to 23/10/21. About a week ago any info relating to gas being taken over was removed from the app and from the web site and no explanation from Utilita, message sent to customer service as yet no response same using complaints form. Very tempted at this time to move electric and gas away away from Utilita due to bad service.
