I'm having problems I've just had the gas now put on to the smart meter I have dual fuel now I've tried to top up the gas online paid 20 and it acknowledge the payment with a receipt but not on the meter it's still showing emergency money only 5 pound left but I've paid 20 also I did it via the Internet not the app as only the electricity comes up on the app to top up can anyone help plz
