On 16 August 2021 I switched gas supplier from Utilita to British Gas. How do I get a refund on the unused Utilita credit which is still showing (and decreasing) on the meter?
our usual refund process after a customer leaves would be to send a cheque within 14 working days. As that time has now passed I would suggest contacting the call centre. You can call on 0330 333 7442 between 8am and 8pm weekdays and 8am to 5pm Saturdays, email at customerservices@utilita.co.uk and include your account details or go to https://utilita.co.uk/ and locate the blue chat with us box at the bottom right corner of the page.
