What is happening, trying to make a payment with my debit card and it is saying payment unsuccessful, had this problem a few weeks ago and it was so annoying, now its happening again, not happy

Head of Community31-08-21@Looby1969 Hello! Is it saying anything in particular in terms of why it's failing? It should display a message telling you the reason for it being unsuccessful?
