Hi.
I've been trying on and off to get a replacement in home display or smart display since covid began.
I called a few days back and enquired about the one with a colour screen that you show on the website.
I've just received my unit, and it's the old style with no colour screen.
Do these units with a colour screen actually exist, or have I been made to pay £40 due to fancy colours on a website?

@DogOnTheTyne Hey! These are the new units we are starting to roll out, however, if you had an older style IHD which are just as good then you would receive this one again, as it is compatible with your main smart meter. Glad to hear you have received your replacement screen! 😊
