Can I start by asking if it says anywhere on the actual box/unit 'GEO' or 'SECURE' on the screen as the make/brand of it? Then I will be able to instruct accordingly!

@Jet Great OK - it should have come with a manual/guide. Failing this, you can hop on to our website on the following web page and there is an interactive IHD at the bottom of this URL page where you can hit the buttons you want: https://utilita.co.uk/smart-meters - if they work on this interactive IHD but not yours then you can confirm that is a fault with the IHD. If you do that now and then let me know - then I can direct how to send it back to get tested and replaced.

Alternatively, the Utilita app 'My Utilita' is a great alternative and does pretty much everything the IHD can do 😀
