I am yet to receive my £30 credit for referring a friend(my mother) to utilita. How long does it usually take, it clearly states that we will both receive it once the friend goes live. I have already phoned utilita and they said they are going to follow it up but I'm still waiting
@Kerry I would agree with @Tillymint the live chat is a great way of getting in touch and can be found on the bottom right hand side of our website as shown in the below screenshot. If you need peace of mind the contact centre will be happy to check the status of this for you.
