I am yet to receive my £30 credit for referring a friend(my mother) to utilita. How long does it usually take, it clearly states that we will both receive it once the friend goes live. I have already phoned utilita and they said they are going to follow it up but I'm still waiting

@Kerry I would agree with @Tillymint the live chat is a great way of getting in touch and can be found on the bottom right hand side of our website as shown in the below screenshot. If you need peace of mind the contact centre will be happy to check the status of this for you.

All these years passed and I still did not receive anything for referring someone to utilita. It was done correctly through my link.

Im not sure if utilita do this refer a friend promo anymore.

Still a great company, I've had no issues with utilita and I'm a long standing customer of 9 years

It may be a little hard to track down your refer a friend from those years ago, but I am more than happy to give that a go!
