I was with utilita at my previous property. I wanted to stay with them in my new property. Had a lovely guy call me and arrange my smart meter update as mines are out of date and dont accurately send readings.

Booked for tomorrow 5th of November. I went on live chat today to confirm the times as ive had to make arrangments at work, to find out its been cancelled.(no one told me).

Apparently as it was booked before they took over supply they just cancelled it.

Was told another has been booked for December. However I've still not received an email confirming the new date. Live chat keeps disconnecting and as im at work I dont have time to call.

Anyone else had any of these issues?

Ive had to pay for a dog sitter I no longer need. Take the morning off work so im down a lot of money for tomorrow.

Anyone know what else I can do ?

It appears there was an issue because the appointment was booked before the supply transfer had been fully completed, which resulted in the system automatically cancelling the engineer visit. I’m pleased we were able to arrange a new appointment for early December, meaning your new meters will be installed and functioning perfectly before Christmas. 🎄
