How can I clear my debt without doing it through my top ups can I not pay it in another way

You can adjust your debt recovery rate in the app by increasing it up to 90%. If you're unable to make the change yourself, or if you'd like to discuss your options in more detail, please send me your reference number and I'll be happy to look into this for you.
