Hi Nick,

I don't know where you have sent a private message and so I can't read it.

The problem is my IHD has stopped communicating with the smat meter. I have had multiple conversations including on line chats and nothing is getting sorted. People either start and don't carry on with the issue leaving me hanging or they say it is sorted and it isn't. The up shot of it is that I still have no working IHD and this has been nearly a week by now. I am getting very frustrated as nothing is getting sorted.
