A little reminder that you could get £150 to help with your energy costs this winter... The Warm Home Discount is back for eligible households, but what can you do to prepare? Firstly, make sure your personal details with us match exactly what the DWP holds - even a small difference, a spelling mistake, or a name change, can delay your payment. It’s also important that the person eligible for the scheme is registered on your account, so if you’re not sure, it's safest to have both names on the account.

If you think you're eligible for the Warm Home Discount, make sure your name matches our records exactly as they appear on the DWP’s database.

Here's how to check in My Utilita:
1️⃣ Go to Account from the Home Screen.
2️⃣ Scroll through the details we hold for you.
3️⃣ If any of your details are incorrect or you'd like to double check them to make sure, email whdnoreply@utilita.co.uk

Make sure you've done this by 23 August to avoid any delays to your Warm Home Discount payment.
