How do I connect My Trio display to my utilita app?

Hi there no it was a new display that I was given by the Utilita engineer when he had to replace my meters at the beginning of August. I still had the old In home display with the changeable coloured surround. I went through the online chat yesterday to try link my account but the app is still telling me everything is estimated because it wants me to link my display to the app but I don't seem to be able to do it,even though the display is connected to my home wi fi
