2 months ago my meters stopped sending notifications to my utilita app on my phone so wen I start running low on credit my in home display beeps but app on fone doesn't.i was on holiday last month and my elec credit ran out so I didn't know until my neighbour emailed me as she was looking after my cat so she had to activate ec on my meter where as normally I could do this via the app on my phone
