I have just had 3 £5 auto top ups leave my bank account within 5 minutes of each other and not one of them has gone on my account balance. My balance is above the auto top up ammount I allocated and I don't understand why it would auto top up so close to each payment when I've only asked for £5 to me put on once my balance reaches the ammount required. As I have said not one of the top ups has reached my balance it has just been taken from my bank account
