    Hi early this morning my in home display was fine but an hour or so back ive noticed a red x through the signal lines so I switched it off n on again and now is stuck saying GEO connecting to smart meter. I've googled why it could be doing that and noticed on the app a services status about card payments but not sure if thats related,google tells me whilst its like that an app top up wont reach the balance only if i physically add top up code to my meter. Im going away Friday with the plan il top up whilst away via app if I need to. Think a remote reset to the meter is needed if thats possible from an expert on here. Please reply ASAP thanks.

    Thanks for your post!

    The In Home Display activity won't affect your ability to top up your meter in any way at all - it's simply a device that enables you to view your balances, and doesn't have a direct impact on the meters itself.

    I will absolutely run a communications check for you though to make sure the signal to the meter (and therefore your In Home Display and App) works, I'll send you a quick DM to request some account info, and once I have that I'll get it done for you.
