    So had a engineer out today to fix the never ending comms issue where the gas meter keeps dropping communication been told it needs a booster but only the lead engineers have them so we’re left waiting again potentially until October, after he left I topped up my electric meter and the top up is showing recovery rate 35% but I have no debt on the meter and nothing showing on my Utilita app

    secondly upon checking my electric meter it says customer id unavailable should this have my Utilita customer number displayed on this screen

    Everyone on pre payment has a recovery rate set up if they have debt or not, it's just so that it is set up.

    Your meter would not display your number either.
