Can someone please tell me should the time in the corner of the in home display match with the time underneath the balance?
I am so sure they used to match but there is a 16 minute difference. I was told yes they should and no they shouldnt !!

I am currently enquiring with a few other teams why this is as I have not come across this before - Is this still happening now?
What type of IHD do you currently have is it a newer model or an older model.

It is a type 1 model i have had it since 2024 when I joined ovo. I changed over to utilita last month and yes it's been like it for a few months. Ovo wouldn't help me (they were very rude)

Hi @Samann

Thank you for providing that information - this is probably being caused then because of it being a IHD provided by OVO and not Utilita which uses the GEO brand - I think in this case a new IHD will be the best way to resolve this.
