    My app hasnt been showing my usage in cost for a while now. Ive been in touch twice and twice I was told a ticket would be raised with the app team. Then you hear nothing back.
    i have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. This has been going on a while now and it wasnt like this before. Not happy with the customer service, if it is something that cannot be fixed then someone should be back in touch to inform me. Not just ignore it.

    @Cheryl111 Thank you for getting in touch, and Iโ€™m sorry for the issues with your app not displaying usage costs.
    I understand your frustration, especially as you havenโ€™t received an update previously. Iโ€™ve now raised a new ticket with our IT/app team and left you a voicemail to keep you informed of the actions taken.
    We are actively investigating this and will update you as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
