@clarkie911 Have you tried calling into the Utilita Contact Centre? An advisor will be able to open your account and investigate why it is not showing proper balances on your meter. It will require them going through this on the phone with you and having a thorough look into the account to troubleshoot what is causing this and what the fix needs to be.
