    Hi. From 1st April our tarriff should have reduced by 6.6% due to the price cap falling.
    As of today we have had no change at all.
    I called customer services to complain 10 days ago, they said a manager would call me back.
    Guess what....... nothing.

    Thanks for your post - I'd like to look into this for you in a bit more detail, as all meters should have been updated to reflect the new tariffs as of the 1st of April.
