As part of this partnership, Utilita will be sharing simple, practical energy advice through the Adelphi platform. This includes easy tips like the Energy High 5 and an Energy Guide for New Tenants, designed to help young people understand how energy works at home, keep costs under control, and feel more confident running their first place.

There’s also a brand‑new New Parent Energy Guide, created to support young and first‑time parents with keeping their homes warm, safe and energy‑efficient while adjusting to life with a new baby.

Adelphi was founded by care‑experienced leader Bethaney Dixon and works to bring together education, inclusion and real‑life support that helps young people take their next steps with confidence. This partnership builds on Adelphi’s growing collection of practical life guidance, especially helpful during big life changes.

The launch also coincides with International Stress Week, highlighting just how important clear, accessible information can be when things feel overwhelming.

Bethaney Dixon, Founder of Adelphi, said:
“Adelphi exists to help care‑experienced people build strong foundations as they move into their next chapters. For many young people leaving care, independence comes earlier and with fewer support networks. Partnerships like this make sure practical, easy‑to‑understand guidance is there when it’s needed most.”

Sasha Dixon, Partnerships Manager at Utilita Energy, added:
“We’re proud to work alongside Adelphi to help young people feel prepared and confident in their first homes. Energy doesn’t have to be complicated — with the right support, it’s something everyone can manage.”
