    I have now left utilita after shocking services. I have a refund due but can't get it as its in the wrong name. Even after changing it in the app and on telephone call. Waited over 50 mins on chat to get disconnected
    why bother having a chat facility??
    had an open complaint that was never looked into. Asked for a right of access request that's been ignored.
    how am I supposed to get a refund????

    I'm sorry to hear that you have been having an issue with getting a refund sent out, and also that you have had difficulties getting through to us in regards to this. First can I ask, is it yourself who is the account holder or are you trying to resolve this on behalf of someone else?
