Had meters upgraded to smart meters few months ago. Took 2 months to get it talking to the ihd. The app always says it's estimated readings and to connect ihd to WiFi. It is connected. I have tried fully resetting it. Moving it. Nothing changes.except the last 6 weeks or so when I top up on the app it doesn't register on the meters at all. Have to manually enter the top up codes on both electric and gas meters. If I add to savings that registers fine. Any ideas?

Thanks for your post.
It sounds like your meters have lost their communication signal - I can look into this for you in more detail, and run a communications check to see if we can fix it remotely. If we're not able to resolve it remotely, then we can look at arranging for an engineer to attend your home to have a look at the communications hub.
