Also in the same position, been 6 days now, spoke to someone at Utilita this morning who was supposed to send me information that would rectify it, received nothing, terrible customer service, will call back tomorrow and have all my savings transferred to my bank account

I'm very sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your savings, and that you haven't found our customer services to be helpful. We have noticed that a number of customers have been unable to access their savings in the app. We have made the app team aware of this issue.

@Dona I’m having the same problem but not getting anywhere.

Same issue here.
I can transfer in and pay in to my savings, but I can't see the balance or transfer money out of it
I've tried reinstalling the app but still nothing -

Thanks for your posts - I'll reach out to you both via Direct Message, we're currently experiencing issues with the savings on the MyUtilita app. You may be able to access them by logging in through the website, however if you still experience issues, respond to my Direct message, letting me know your account information and what you would like me to do, and I can move your savings over from this end. This will be done first thing tomorrow morning for you.
