Does anyone have trouble using power up? Mine says to use my Christmas savings but it’s £0.00

We are currently having an internal issue with our POWER UP system that is affecting a number of our customers. I'm really sorry to hear that you are affected by this. Unfortunately, we don't have a definitive time scale on when this issue will be resolved.
